BaLA is an innovative concept towards qualitative improvement in education, through developing child friendly ,Learning and fun based physical environment building in school infrastructure.
In PM Shri KV Bhandup,the concept of BaLA is implemented in the best possible way by painting inspiring Thoughts, Sayings, Numbers, Good Habits. on steps as well as on other structures of the Vidyalaya building.
